All consultations are by appointment only. We would appreciate 24hrs notice of cancellation if you are unable to keep your appointment which will enable somebody else to book this time. There is a charge for missed appointments.
All Payment is required at the time of consultation or upon collection of your animal following surgery. We do not operate an accounts system for clients other than for Animal Charities.
There is a surcharge for payments made by credit card. We do not charge a surcharge for debit card payments.
Please allow 48 hours notice for collection of repeat prescriptions. All repeat prescriptions are authorised by a veterinary surgeon. For prescription only medication we require that the animal is checked by a veterinary surgeon on a 3-6 monthly basis. This is for the well being of your animal and will ensure that chronic conditions are carefully monitored and that your animal is receiving the correct medication.
We have a home delivery service available for the bulk purchase of pet foods. This service is due to be expanded and we will soon be offering an on-line shopping service for all our customers.
If you have difficulty getting your pet to the surgery during normal surgery hours for a pre-booked procedure, we are able to offer a local collection and delivery service for your pet using our veterinary ambulance. A transportation fee will apply for this service.
In addition we work with several reliable pet taxi services, which can be of particular use at night if you are unable to drive and have an emergency.
With the ever-increasing costs of medication and veterinary care we recommend that you take out insurance for your pet. We carry a wide range of literature from a range of companies.
